Brass fitting as hot forging
Our company is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of castings and forgings made of non-ferrous metal such as brass, bronze and aluminum. We are specialized in sand casting, die casting, gravity casting and forging. The weight range of the parts we can fabricate is 20-20, 000 grams. The material we use can satisfy the standards of ASTM, BS, DIN and JS.
Our products are mainly used in the field of plumbing equipment, machinery manufacturer, auto industry and so on. The products are mainly exported to U. S, Canada, Europe, Japan and Korea.
The factory is equipped with shot blaster, CNC lathe, drilling and screwing compound machine and polishing machine. Our testing equipments include SPK direct reading analyzing instrument, tensile strength tester, hardness tester and flaw detector. Also we can provide electroplating and assembly service upon the request of the clients.
